  • 2012 BASEMENT BOOK SALE! We have a large selection of non-fiction and fiction books as well as DVDs and more in our basement! The sale will take place from 8 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 17; from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 18; and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 19. All proceeds go to support the library!

  • Herr Memorial Library is located at 500 Market Street, in Mifflinburg, PA, and parking is available along Fifth and Market streets, with handicap access available from the alley between Market and Chestnut streets. Regular hours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Call us at 570-966-0831.

Mango Languages, an online language-learning system, is free for all library cardholders, and offers a fast and convenient solution for our community’s increasing language-learning needs.
